Hi, I'm Chelsea!
Joy is my job. Expression is my profession.
For more than a decade, Iโve produced large-scale events and helped people step onto stages, tell their stories and move a room. For the last six years, Iโve been exploring a different kind of stage:
the body.
Movement, breath, sound, sensation, ritual and play taught me how to get out of my head and into my life.
These practices changed my life. Now I create spaces for other people to experience them, too.
What I do
I create playful places to practice being fully alive.
Places to practice being seen. Taking up space. Saying what we actually want. Trusting our gut. Feeling our feelings. Playing without worrying about looking stupid.
Because the more we practice being ourselves, the easier it becomes to stay ourselves when it really matters.

Together, we slow down, get out of the mental spin and listen to what your body is actually telling you. Using conversation, movement, breath, sound and sensation, we'll get curious about what's true and what wants to happen next.
